Inky ruby with purple highlights. Features an attractive profile of black fruit initially. Ripe black cherry, blackberry and damson aromas are deepened by coffee liqueur, spice and pipe tobacco notes. It has a solid structure, yet remains round and elegant with firm tannins and leaves rich flavors of fruit and spice on the long finish. Shows potential for modest cellaring.
